receiving your gift are not

your gift replaced.
- In case of cancellation of order by customer, must inform us atleast 24 hours before delivery day.
- In case of refund for delivered orders items must be return in original condition, unopened (still in its plastic wrap) gift basket if any.
We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged items, personalized items or items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
